What is Penji Weather AI?
Penji Weather AI is a weather app with accurate forecasts, an AI assistant (Penji), live radar (Pro), and community mismatch reports — so you can see when local conditions don’t match the official forecast.
How do mismatch reports work?
If the app says sunny but it’s raining (or any condition feels wrong), tap Report and choose what’s actually happening — rain, snow, fog, wind, heat, flood, or danger. Pick intensity if needed. Nearby users may see Community Signals based on local reports.
Are community reports official alerts?
No. Community reports are submitted by users and are meant as helpful local context. Always follow official warnings and local authorities during severe weather.
What can I ask Penji AI?
Ask about rain timing, storms, what to wear, umbrellas, jackets, air quality, UV, and outdoor plans — for example: “Do I need a jacket tonight?” or “Is it good to run today?”
What is Daily Penji Briefing?
A short daily AI summary for your city with outfit tips, safety advice, and a quick read on today’s conditions so you can plan your day faster.
What is Penji Pro?
Penji Pro unlocks premium features such as live radar and extended access to Penji AI. Free users can explore the app with included AI access. Subscription details are shown in the app before purchase.
Why is my location or forecast wrong?
Weather data comes from third-party providers and can vary by location. Try refreshing, checking location permissions, or searching for your city manually. You can also report a mismatch if conditions don’t match what you see outside.
How do I cancel Penji Pro?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, select Penji Weather AI, and tap Cancel Subscription.
How do I delete my data?
Email us at support@simsimtechnology.com with the subject “Data deletion request” and we will process your request in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
